USA Hockey Registration

Everyone who participates in Ice Vault hockey programs must have a current USA Hockey registration.

Two ways to register!

You can register online at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com or have the Ice Vault do it for you. Complete a waiver and pay the Ice Vault and we'll submit the registration for you.

Individual Awards for ALL Mites and First Place trophy for Squirt team!
High School Seniors are allowed to play if they are in the appropriate age group.
FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED with application by March 1^st to reserve spot. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Team Rosters with USA Hockey Registration Information due by March 1^st.
Team entries MUST provide own uniforms and coaching staff.
The Ice Vault WILL NOT be providing scorekeepers for Spring Youth House League. Home Team will be responsible for providing scorekeeper.
